AXYL TMS is intended for use by drivers working with the company and is not a public consumer application.

Accounts cannot be created by users directly. All accounts are created and managed by administration.

  • Location data may be processed through Google Maps to provide map-related functionality
  • We do not track location in the background unless explicitly required for app functionality

We may collect limited technical information necessary for app operation, such as:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Push notification tokens

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Authenticate users and manage access
  • Display and edit user profiles
  • Provide navigation and map-related features

  • Maintain and improve app functionality

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising purposes.

AXYL TMS uses the following third-party services:

  • Expo Push Notifications – to send important operational notifications
  • Google Maps – to provide map and location-based features

  • When required to operate essential app features (e.g., maps, notifications)

  • The user account is active, or

When an account is deactivated by administration, associated personal data may be deleted or archived according to company policy.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
